Queen Letizia has once again shown off her style and elegance in her second public appearance in Zagreb, Croatia.
In her role as FAO Special Ambassador for Nutrition, the consort has participated in the opening of the Congress on Childhood Obesity Prevention, an issue in which she has been very involved for years.
Queen Letizia in a blue dress by María Barragán
For this occasion, Letizia has chosen a blue-toned María Barragán crossover dress. The minimalist design features a discreet V-neckline, side draping, and an elastic belt that highlights her figure.
The queen paired the dress with Carolina Herrera snake print pumps, which have become a current trend, and a matching handbag. And a matching handbag. She also wore a circular gold brooch on her lapel, a gift from the Croatian first lady.
Letizia had already debuted this dress at the traditional parade of the Armed Forces in 2021, but on that occasion, she combined it with brown accessories.
As for jewelry, the Spanish consort has borrowed her daughter’s white gold, diamond, and topaz earrings. On the index finger of her left hand, she wore her inseparable Corretano ring.
After the congress, the Queen attended a lunch with representatives of the FAO and left for Spain. This fleeting trip to Croatia was the last of her official engagements of the week and she is expected to have a few days of rest until next Tuesday, May 16.
