The undisputed protagonist of the outfit was a romantic two-piece suit from the prestigious firm Hugo Boss.
Made of delicate Japanese crepe, the relaxed-cut, one-button Jocalua jacket was perfectly matched with the Tapia straight pants, which include a built-in belt with a silver buckle.
This outfit, originally priced at around $400, had already been worn by Letizia in September and October last year.
However, what captivated was the choice of the top garment.
Instead of opting for a conventional blouse, the Queen opted for a Canary Island top embroidered by hand using the Richelieu technique on linen by the firm Pomeline on the island of La Palma.
This design, baptized as “top Letizia”, was a nod to the island fashion that the monarch premiered during her visit to La Palma after the volcanic eruption, causing a great stir.
To complement her look, the Spanish consort chose a mid-heeled slingback by Carolina Herrera, one of her favorite brands.
As for jewelry, she surprised by rescuing some vintage mother-of-pearl flower-shaped earrings designed by Yanes, a piece she has treasured since her early years as Princess of Asturias.
The Coreterno ring was the only accessory that accompanied these earrings, letting them shine on their own.
With this impeccable outfit, Queen Letizia closes her work schedule for this week.
