If anyone knows how to reuse a dress, it’s Queen Letizia. The Spanish consort shows off her styling and is not afraid to repeat garments that have been in her closet for years and in doing so she dazzles like the first time.

The mother of Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia attended the Royal Academy of Engineering in Madrid for the inauguration of the elected academics Elena García Armada and Ana Conesa Cegarra.

The event, in addition to highlighting the role of women, was also propitious for the monarch to show off her memorable garment signed by Felipe Varela.

For this important event, the queen wore a characteristic black and white dress that she wore for the first time in 2017 for that year’s Princess of Asturias Awards.

Specifically, it is a sleeveless midi-length piece with white silk georgette embroidered in black thread and crystal, it also has black Swarovski crystal embroidery and features a shiny sash to highlight her silhouette. The upper part of the garment has an oriental style and the lack of sleeves exposed her strong and commented arms.

The queen complemented the look with pumps and a handbag in black colors and wore her hair down. As for jewelry, she opted for simple diamond and white gold button earrings and her Karen Hallam ring.
