This Tuesday, June 25, marked the beginning of a new work week for Queen Letizia, who resumed her public engagements after an intense week of celebrations for the tenth anniversary of the proclamation of King Felipe.
This time, her agenda took her to Tres Cantos, in Madrid, where she visited the new facilities of Netflix Spain.
There she chaired the meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Fundación de Ayuda Contra la Drogadicción (FAD), of which she is honorary president.
During this meeting, the Queen was able to learn first-hand about the initiatives being carried out, including an innovative training project in the audiovisual field for vocational training students, developed in collaboration with the streaming platform.
Queen Letizia’s style at Netflix Visit
For this important occasion, Letizia Ortiz debuted a new and elegant look that has caught everyone’s attention.
The mother of Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia, opted for an Adolfo Dominguez dress and flat sandals by Pedro Garcia, pieces that we will describe in detail below.
The dress, a creation of the Galician designer, is made of a pearl gray cotton fabric.
It features a boat neckline, long sleeves with shirt cuffs, and an attractive gathering at the top. The waist, cinched with a honeycomb panel, enhances Letizia’s figure, providing a slim and elegant silhouette.
The midi-length skirt with an uneven hem completes this design, which is part of Adolfo Dominguez’s spring-summer collection and is priced at around $270.
This dress stands out for its simplicity and attention to the waist, using gathering to achieve a flat and flattering belly.
To complement her outfit, the Queen chose flat sandals by Pedro Garcia, valued at around $500 approximately.
Since May, Letizia has opted for flat shoes due to various foot ailments, including metatarsalgia, Morton’s neuroma and an injury to the proximal phalanx of the middle toe of her right foot.
These sandals, with a shiny finish, feature five straps decorated with Swarovski micro pavé crystals set on silk satin straps, combining comfort with a touch of glamour.
In addition, Letizia incorporated new earrings from Pertegaz, valued at about $30, into her look.
The earrings, called Candy, are made of brass with a gold finish and feature an elongated oval shape, bringing a sophisticated and accessible touch to her ensemble.
Finally, completing her outfit, the Queen carried a pleated handbag in camel color, also by Adolfo Dominguez, although from a past collection.
This accessory, with a rigid top closure and hidden magnet clasp, has become the perfect complement to her elegant look during her visit to Netflix.
