Their Majesties the King and Queen of Spain, Felipe and Queen Letizia, made a visit to the city of León on Wednesday, which was characterized by the extreme cold they had to face.
The Queen’s style for this event stood out for the mix of new garments, such as original brown suede boots, with other very special for its symbolism, such as gold and diamond earrings that her daughter Leonor had previously worn.
Queen Letizia’s style in León
Queen Letizia chose to protect herself from the freezing weather in León with one of her favorite coats, an ecru coat design by & Other Stories, which she wore last year.
Underneath, she wore a blue long-sleeved sweater with a high collar by Klein and straight-cut pants with a Prince of Wales print in gray and blue by Massimo Dutti, a design that has been part of her closet for several years.
But the star accessory of her look was the earrings, a pair of dangling earrings forged in rose gold, white gold, and diamonds from the Spanish firm Gold & Roses.
It is a design with tanzanite inlays that the heir to the throne, Leonor de Borbón, had previously worn on her 18th birthday, during the ceremony in which she swore the Constitution.
The Queen wore them on this occasion with the hanging piece resting on her earlobe.
Another outstanding accessory was the brown suede boots, a wide-heeled design with front stitching that belongs to the firm Magrit.
The wife of King Felipe VI combined them with a camel shoulder bag with visible stitching by Massimo Dutti.
With this act, the official agenda the Queen closed her first week of commitments of the year.
