This Thursday, September 15, Queen Letizia turned 50 years old. She probably spent this special date in the evening with her closest family and friends in total discretion.
The Spanish consort, although she did not have any public event on the agenda, kept her working day as she normally does in her office in La Zarzuela, as reported by the Royal House.
“Today she has intense office work, because she has to finish preparing an official act tomorrow, also everything related to the trip to London, and also from the day after the funeral, all her agenda of official activities in New York both with UNICEF, in the context of the UN General Assembly, as in the events on the occasion of World Cancer Research Day,” was part of the statement released by the office of the King and Queen.
Turning half a century old is quite significant. The mother of Leonor and Infanta Sofia remains quite active and that is more than evident by her spectacular figure and her toned arms that more than once have become a topic of discussion on social networks.
