On the fifth anniversary of the wedding of King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia in 2009, the monarch gave his wife an exceptional jewel.

It is a tiara. This dazzling piece was commissioned from the historic jewelry house Ansorena, which has been linked to the Royal House for generations.

The jewel called the Princess Tiara was kept secret for several years until it finally made its appearance on the 75th birthday of Queen Margrethe of Denmark in 2015.

What makes this tiara so special?

    1. The tiara is composed of more than 450 diamonds and 10 Australian pearls. Each precious stone sparkles with the elegance and majesty of royalty.

    2. Its design is stunning and regal. The “Princess Tiara” has a removable center part that can be used as a brooch. This brooch, in the shape of a fleur-de-lis, is the emblem of the Bourbons and has been worn by Queen Letizia on numerous occasions over the years.

    3. Although no concrete data on its cost is known, it is estimated that the tiara could have reached more than 50 thousand dollars. A price that reflects its exclusivity and beauty.
