Queen Letizia debuted a new look in her return to official activity after the controversy over her alleged infidelity.
The wife of King Felipe VI joined one of the most current fashions in hairstyle, following the style of the youngest.
The Queen and the King attended FITUR, the International Tourism Fair held every year in Madrid, which brings together representatives from more than 130 countries.
Queen Letizia’s new hairstyle
For the occasion, the Queen chose an elegant two-tone black and white jumpsuit by Spanish designer Teresa Helbig.
The suit had long sleeves with white cuffs, a belt in the same color and a white neckline with a high collar and ruffle with black buttons.
The Queen completed her look with black low heeled shoes, subtle makeup and a side parted hairstyle.
The most striking feature of her look was the effect of mini zigzag waves that she wore in some strands of her hair, known as ‘crimped hair’.
According to the magazine Lecturas, the queen has joined this trend that triumphed in the 90s and is now back in fashion among the youngest.
To achieve this result, you can use a special iron or braid your hair and then unbraid it, creating pronounced waves.
