Queen Letizia became a trend last weekend in Spain due to a particular video where the consort is the protagonist.
The queen celebrated the 50th anniversary of a famous television program called ‘Informe Semanal’, for a few minutes, the wife of King Felipe let out her facet as a journalist and dedicated some heartfelt words to the television space.

The monarch recorded the video from one of the offices of the Zarzuela Palace, overlooking the garden, Letizia returned for a few moments to those moments when she was a television presenter.
Queen Letizia, in the video that lasts more than three minutes, mentions what that program meant to her and what it represents for journalism.
Her poise, elegance, and excellent way of speaking made dozens of users on social networks such as Twitter mention the video of the queen.
“We lost a great journalist, but we gained a Queen”, were read on the social media.
Cristian Salomoni, director of the International Institute of Behavior Analysis and expert in non-verbal communication, consulted by the portal Vanitatis highlighted the good work of the queen and expressed that it would be an excellent idea to let Letizia assume more prominence in royal communications.

“I am coming to your homes for a moment on this special Saturday to make a confession. I feel a great professional and intellectual modesty for addressing you on this day in which public television pays tribute to ‘Informe semanal’ and to those who have written its history. I was only a summer substitute more than 20 years ago and I can only join in congratulating all the professionals who for 50 years have helped us to understand the world,” began the Queen’s message.
Letizia not only wanted to talk about her personal side, assuring that “we all wanted to be reporters of ‘Informe semanal’. I didn’t make it, but at 50 years old, ‘Informe semanal’ is part of my life”.
He also made an emotional contribution by saying:
“I was a girl from Asturias and on the screen appeared another girl my age. Her name was Omayra and, trapped in the mud after the eruption of the Nevado del Ruiz volcano in Colombia, she spoke with shocking lucidity. That report allowed me to discover the value of serious and rigorous journalism”.
