For Queen Sofia’s first event in New York she wore a purple velvet jacket and tuxedo collar, always true to her style, she adorned it with a multi strand pearl necklace and a brooch. While for the awards ceremony she wore a dress like coat with floral brocade, a garment she premiered last September at the opening of the Teatro Real’s season.
At this event she coincided with the Venezuelan designer Carolina Herrera, with whom she was very pleased and animated.
