This Thursday, September 8, 2022, the world said goodbye to the monarch with the longest reign in history. For 70 years Elizabeth II was at the head of the British crown.
On the same day that the British people knew the death of their queen, nature had a particular gesture in the sky of London.
This is what the rainbow looked like at Buckingham Palace
Although the Queen’s death occurred in Balmoral, Scotland, the sky of the British capital was dyed in colors with a double rainbow that crossed to Buckingham Palace.
Several users on social networks shared photos and videos of the phenomenon. Hours later, the royal family reported the death of the queen.
