Every year, following the grand gala of the Princess of Asturias Awards, one of my favorite moments arrives: the royal family’s visit to the Exemplary Village.
In 2025, the destination was Valdesoto, a beautiful parish in Siero surrounded by green meadows that seem like something from an Asturian postcard. And, as is tradition, the King and Queen and their daughters not only brought warmth and excitement, but also a great deal of style.

Queen Letizia once again demonstrated practicality, choosing an outfit that suited the terrain while maintaining her signature style.
She chose a short navy blue jacket from Sézane, flared jeans, and beige boots with rubber soles. Everything is simple, functional, and perfect for walking the village trails.

Her loose hair and natural makeup reinforced her relaxed image, that of a queen who feels comfortable among the people.
Leonor, meanwhile, demonstrated her evolution towards a more mature image, while still maintaining a youthful spirit. She opted for a dark denim jumpsuit from Ramsos and a brown suede jacket from Monpiel, creating a retro-inspired ensemble that she paired with LMDI boots.

The result was a beautifully balanced autumn look that blended seamlessly with the surroundings.
Sofia, always true to her natural style, chose a gray wool coat from & Other Stories over a white Esfera sweater, paired with Blundstone boots. A comfortable and warm choice that worked very well for the wet day.

Beside her, King Felipe maintained his usual understated style, wearing a black raincoat and a white shirt. The family, united and smiling, walked through the streets of Valdesoto to applause, proving once again that naturalness can also be a form of elegance.
