The King and Queen of Spain, Felipe and Letizia, accompanied by their daughters Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia have made their first appearance together on the island of Mallorca.
This Monday, August 1, the Spanish royal family began their tour of Palma de Mallorca. The first to preside over the first act on the island was Queen Letizia, who presided over the closing ceremony of the 12th edition of the Atlàntida Mallorca Film Fest 2022, there she attended in a beautiful black Zara low-cost dress.
Spanish Royal Family in Valldemossa
To kick off the month of August the royal family has starred in the traditional family pose. For this occasion the kings moved to the Valldemossa Charterhouse, located 19 kilometers from Palma. There the locals welcomed the royal family and as usual Leonor and Sofia have once again become the protagonists.
Since the Princess of Asturias returned to Spain from Wales, she has had a busy schedule starting with the Princess of Girona Awards, the Borbón Ortiz sisters’ first international trip to London to support the Spanish women’s soccer team and then their trip to Galicia for the Apostle’s Day celebrations.
Princess Leonor and her younger sister, Infanta Sofia, have been wearing very summery dresses. Both have posed for photos very smiling.
In the case of the heiress, she has opted for a boho style dress in white with long sleeves and short skirt, signed by Sfera. She has combined it with white espadrilles. As accessories she has worn earrings inspired by bamboo canes. She wore her hair half up in braids with wavy ends.
For her part, the Infanta Sofia also wore a dress similar to her older sister’s but pink with honeycomb at the waist, combined the dress with camel-colored espadrilles and flats from Polit et Moi. Sofia has decided to leave her hair down and not use any accessories.
Queen Letizia has also opted for a summer dress, a new midi-length skirt in white with green leaf print and a matching blouse with V-neckline and sleeveless. As accessories she wore a raffia bag from Whittelily, her espadrilles from Espardenyes Torres and diamond and rose gold earrings from Gold & Roses.
There is no doubt that the kings have enjoyed a tour with their daughters around Valldemossa, where they have received as gifts cocas de patata, a typical sweet of Mallorca, very popular in the festivities of the town.
