This Saturday evening, King Charles and Queen Camilla, together with Prince William and Kate Middleton, Princess Anne, Prince Edward, and Sophie of Edinburgh, attended the British Legion Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall.

Undoubtedly, it was a very special evening for the British family as the two new sculptures of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip were unveiled, which from now on will ‘preside’ over the entrance hall of the emblematic London theater.

The artist revealed that the project took nearly nine months to complete.

“Sculpting Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip for the @royalalberthall has been an extraordinary privilege and the project of a lifetime. Seeing the sculptures come to life as I immersed myself was so exciting, and I’m glad to share some of the behind-the-scenes with you all. These sculptures measure over 2m each and took nearly nine months to complete. They were cast in Bronze by @pangolineditions and installed by Taylor Pearce. I’ll tell you about meaning of their shared composition in my next reel,” the artist wrote in an Instagram post.
