In a video posted on her YouTube channel, Eyre explained that although the marriage of the monarchs is a private matter, there is a strategy behind it all to damage the image of King Felipe.

“What came out of Letizia is a way to attack her husband, to humiliate and ridicule him. I think there will be more things that will come out,” the journalist explained.
The expert on the royal family assured that she was surprised by Jaime del Burgo’s unexpected revelation.
Eyre reiterated that it is a matter that should be dealt with privately. However, she recalled the crisis that the royal couple went through, which almost ended in a separation.
