The wall that prevented intimate details of Victoria Federica’s relationship with the rest of her family collapsed. At least, for a few minutes, the daughter of Jaime Marichalar and the Infanta Elena aired some information about how she gets along with her cousins, Princess Leonor, the Infanta Sofia and the rest of the Urdangarin clan.
The royal influencer gave an interview to InStyle magazine and there she talked about her private life, something uncommon in the Bourbons.
The 22-year-old, who is making her way in the world of fashion and content creation, revealed that she gets along well with all her cousins on her mother’s side.
When asked if she kept in touch with them she replied:
“Of course; we have a very good relationship. My childhood I have lived with both families, so I have been able to share a lot of time with all my cousins,” she confessed.
Due to her age she is more connected with the children of the Infanta Cristina, Juan is 23, Pablo 21, Miguel 20 and Irene 17. Her relationship is better especially with the older ones because they are close in age and during their childhood they got to share a lot of family trips.
In fact, Juan Urdangarin was one of those who visited his cousin when she underwent emergency surgery last September due to peritonitis caused by appendicitis.
About her cousins it is known that Irene Urdangarin is closer to the heiresses, she is the same age as Leonor and surely shares some similar hobbies to her younger cousins.
However, due to her studies in Geneva and the rupture in the royal family caused by the scandal of the Nóos case, the cousins have distanced themselves from each other.
