What are Victoria Federica’s thoughts on her uncles, her brother, and how does she handle criticism?
Victoria Federica, 23, is gradually stepping into the media spotlight. Recently, she sat down for her first podcast interview with ‘A solas con Vicky,’ hosted by Vicky Martín Berrocal, where she candidly discussed various aspects of her private life.
From her rise to fame to handling criticism and navigating family relationships, she delved into topics revealing more about herself than ever before.
Her family, including her parents, brother, and even her royal uncles, King Felipe and Queen Letizia, were part of the conversation.
Victoria Federica Opens Up In A Podcast
When asked about the implications of being part of the Bourbon family and what she has inherited, Victoria Federica was clear.
She emphasized inheriting values rather than titles from her family, including grandparents, parents, uncles, and cousins.
She remarked, “More than a title, I inherit the values my family has given me… From everyone, no matter who, I learn something good. I learn values. We all have values that our parents taught us, and when we come together, we learn from each other. More than a title, I take away respect, my education.”
Though Victoria Federica didn’t name names, her remarks about her uncles encompassed Infanta Cristina and King Felipe and Queen Letizia.
Similarly, her cousins, the children of Infanta Cristina and Iñaki Urdangarin, as well as Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofía, were included.
By avoiding specific mentions, she indirectly acknowledged inheriting values from the monarch and his wife, indicating that she always learns from them.
Victoria Federica’s Approach to Criticism
Victoria Federica also addressed how she handles criticism directed at both herself and her family.
She stated, “I’d rather be criticized than anyone in my family. Criticisms don’t affect me because I know who I am. What really affects me, and a lot, are criticisms from a loved one, from my family, or from my friends. That’s what makes me think the most.”
While she prefers criticism directed at her, she admitted that critiques of her family affect her the most, even though she didn’t directly mention them.
