As with all of their public appearances, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle surprised many by attending Beyoncé’s ‘Renaissance’ tour concert in Inglewood, California this weekend.
The royal couple did not attend alone, Meghan’s mother, Doria Ragland, accompanied them to celebrate her 67th birthday.
For fans of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, it was no surprise to see them at a Beyoncé concert, especially knowing that Meghan is a big fan of the singer.
The good relationship between Beyoncé and Meghan Markle has been growing. So much so, that the artist publicly showed her support for the interpreter and Prince Harry after the controversial interview with Oprah Winfrey.
For her part, the Duchess of Sussex has attended several concerts of the artist, has shared numerous publications with quotes from the superstar, and even in her documentary we can see the protagonist of Suits naming her on one occasion.
This friendship began in 2019 when they met during the premiere of The Lion King, where the singer lent her voice to the character of Nala.

Meghan and her mom Doria, love the singer of “Crazy in Love,” something that seems not to be the same with Prince Harry.
In the photos and videos shared on social networks, the Duchess can be seen singing and dancing very happily, but Harry is another story.
A viral photo from the concert captured the moment when Meghan Markle was dancing animatedly with her mother Doria Ragland, while Prince Harry seemed self-absorbed, with his hands in his pockets and was seen consulting his phone several times.
Social media was filled with mixed opinions about Harry’s behavior during the concert.
Some X (formerly Twitter) users criticized him, with one going so far as to say he looked “hostage” throughout the show.
Another commented that he looked “positively bored” at the event.
Harry’s expressionless face was also reminiscent of Ben Affleck, an actor who has become a social media meme for looking tired and expressionless on some outings with his wife, actress and singer Jennifer Lopez.

However, not everything was like that. Prince Harry was also seen dancing with his wife to Beyonce’s music.
A video circulating on social networks shows that Harry, in addition to having gone to the concert out of obligation to accompany his wife and mother-in-law, also had his moment of fun.
