Zara Tindall, Princess Anne’s daughter, surprised many by appearing in public accompanied by her three children.
The granddaughter of the late Queen Elizabeth II, along with her family, was captured enjoying herself on Sunday, August 12, 2024, at the closing of the Hartpury International Horse Trials.
Although it is common to see the family at various events, it is unusual to observe them together as a family of five.
The youngest of the family, Lucas, has had few public appearances in his life.
Zara Tindall and her children
During the event, Zara, who was scheduled to compete, took a moment of respite to spend time with her husband, Mike Tindall, and their children: Mia, 10, Lena, 6, and little Lucas, 3.
Lucas, dressed in a navy blue T-shirt and printed shorts, bore a striking resemblance to his father, Mike.
The latter was spotted holding Mia’s hand as they strolled through Hartpury Gardens, Tatler reports.
Zara, who has inherited her passion for riding from her mother, Princess Anne – the first member of the royal family to compete in the Olympics – has also made her mark at the Olympics.
She excelled by winning a silver medal at the 2012 Olympics in London.
The presence of her children at her most recent competition reflects Zara’s desire to pass on her love of equestrian sports to them, continuing the family tradition.
