Zara Tindall’s husband’s comment on The Crown

His rugby partner and host Alex Payne asked Mike about the much-talked-about series of the moment.

“Speaking of TV, a new season of The Crown has started. How has that gone? To which Zara’s husband replied that he has not reached the fourth season and must catch up.

“I need to catch up. I actually saw the ad and thought, I need to catch up ‘because I only made it to the middle of season three, so I started watching season three and then I’ll catch up. But I’ve seen it all over (season four announcements) so I’m quite intrigued to see where they go because obviously it’s a time that fascinates people, right?

Tindall made a particular comment, adding that it is all about a television drama.

“But remember everyone, it is a drama, so it will turn into a little drama.”

Mike’s surprising admission that he watches The Crown comes as the last season has sparked controversy within the royal family.
