It’s no secret to anyone that Meghan loves yoga and meditation, but there was a time in her life that she carried a “debilitating” but hidden illness.
Meghan Markle was hospitalized?
Yes, the Duchess of Sussex was hospitalized due to suffering from severe migraines. Prince Harry’s wife revealed in The Chalkboard, that she “used to have debilitating migraines” for which she went to the hospital.
Over time Meghan has discovered a cure for her crippling headaches through acupuncture.
Archie and Lilibet’s mother has claimed that acupuncture and Oriental medicine have changed her life and that she now lives migraine-free.
Prince Harry also suffers from migraines
Princess Diana’s youngest son has also suffered from severe headaches and revealed it in his explosive book ‘Spare’. Harry recounted that, during a hike to the South Pole, he experienced “Head spins, followed by crushing migraine”.
The Duke revealed that he felt a lot of pressure on both lobes of his brain and then collapsed in the snow. Luckily Harry was accompanied by doctors who set up a tent and gave him a migraine injection.
