A new trailer for Harry and Meghan’s documentary was revealed by Netflix. The streaming giant tastes the sweetness of success with the release of this material that promises to add more fire to the already tense relationship of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex with the rest of the British monarchy.
Everything seems to indicate that Meghan Markle maintain their plans to ventilate all their experiences during his brief stint with the royal family. Recall that the former American actress married Prince Harry in 2018 and, just two years later, they communicated their intention to resign as members of the royals of the first order.
After settling into their mansion in Montecito, California, the Sussexes have spoken several times about how it was their passage as a couple in the royal family and how hard it was for Meghan to cope with life as a duchess.
When is the documentary Harry and Meghan released?
Now, with this audiovisual material, the Duke and Duchess hope to reveal in more detail everything they experienced. The documentary will be released in two parts, the first scheduled for December 8 and the second for the 15th of this month. In this new teaser we can hear talk of “foul” play on the part of the family.
Comparisons between Meghan and Diana also appear, in addition to accusations of racism. “It’s really hard to look back on it now and go, “What on earth happened?” Prince Harry is heard saying in reference to how the attitude of the British people went from love to hate.
The teaser features previously unreleased footage of the couple, also some of the events they attended when they were part of the monarchy, right down to videos of the late Princess Diana. The trailer ends with Harry saying: “No one knows the full truth…. We know the full truth”.
Buckingham’s reaction to Harry and Meghan documentary
The royal family awaits in a state of alertness everything that will be broadcast in the documentary, although they are really “tired” of Harry’s behavior.
A source close to the royal family, reviewed by The Sun, claims that there is growing frustration and exhaustion at Buckingham Palace over Harry and Meghan’s public complaints
“Usually, if a member of the royal family has a high-profile overseas trip, no one else in the royal household will try to interrupt or interfere with the intended message of that trip,” referring to the fact that the first trailer was released in the middle of William and Kate’s U.S. tour.
The source reveals what the reaction of the Prince and Princess of Wales was. “They were surprised, but not that surprised.” They also assure that both King Charles and Queen Camilla, rather than worried about the Sussex revelations are “tired”.
They add that the royal family had some gestures with Harry and his wife to make them feel they were not displaced, especially concerning Queen Elizabeth’s funeral. However, the family feels it was to no avail.
