Queen Letizia is known for her impeccable style and ability to make the most of her clothes. She recently made a splash by wearing a Massimo Dutti tweed jacket to an important event.
The Queen of Spain presided over the opening of the 2023-2024 academic year for vocational training in Langreo, Asturias.
Her choice of wardrobe proved once again that she is at the forefront of autumn trends and a source of inspiration for women over 50.
Queen Letizia’s Massimo Dutti jacket
Massimo Dutti’s white tweed jacket was the centrepiece of her outfit. The hip-length design features a round neck, metallic button closure, four pockets and a frayed finish that perfectly complemented the Queen’s silhouette.
On this occasion, Letizia decided to give the outfit a new twist by adding a black leather maxi belt by Hugo Boss, which made her look even more stylish.
To complete her work look, the Queen chose comfortable medium-heeled slingbacks in black, also by Massimo Dutti.
As for jewellery, she wore her iconic Coreterno ring and beautiful star-shaped Chanel earrings, which have been in her personal jewellery box for 18 years. These earrings were given to her after the birth of Princess Leonor.
With this event, Letizia completed her schedule of engagements for the week. It seems that she has left room in her diary to celebrate her birthday on 15 September.
This special occasion will be celebrated in total privacy, without the presence of her daughters. Leonor is at the General Military Academy in Zaragoza, while Sofia is at the UWC Atlantic College in Wales.
However, Letizia will be accompanied by her husband, King Felipe, and her closest family and friends.
