After the shocking announcement that Kate Middleton had undergone surgery, the world has been waiting for more details about her health.
On Wednesday, January 17, Kensington Palace confirmed that the Princess of Wales had undergone a planned abdominal surgery.
The Princess will remain in The London Clinic for a period of 10 to 14 days before returning home to continue her recovery, which is expected to take around three months.

In the midst of so much uncertainty, a source close to the royal family told People magazine that Kate is “doing well” following her successful surgery.
Also this Thursday, January 18, Prince William was seen arriving in his car to visit his wife at the medical center.
The prince has reduced his royal workload to be by the side of Kate and their three children, who will continue to attend classes as usual while the princess recovers.
