Last week, Prince Harry, 38, traveled to the United Kingdom to attend the High Court trial and testify in person against Associated Newspapers Ltd (ANL), publishers of the Daily Mail, Mail on Sunday, and Mail Online.
Given Harry’s presence in London, many people wondered where he was staying as weeks earlier King Charles III had decided to evict Meghan and Harry from Frogmore Cottage.
Where is Prince Harry staying in London?
According to the Daily Telegraph, Prince Harry stayed at Frogmore Cottage and used the trip to “tidy up” the rest of his belongings that are in his former UK home.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex currently live in Montecito, California, they lived at Frogmore Cottage from spring 2019 until they decide to step down as serving royals in early 2020.
Harry and Meghan Markle have until early summer to vacate their residence. Although initially, they were given only weeks to vacate, they have now been extended the deadline until at least after the coronation.
Frogmore Cottage is a Grade II listed historic house on the Frogmore estate, part of Home Park in Windsor, England. It was built in 1801 by the order of Queen Charlotte in the gardens near Frogmore House.
The five-bedroom property was given to Prince Harry and Meghan by Queen Elizabeth II as a wedding gift in 2018. The property holds a special place in the hearts of the couple who moved in shortly after the birth of Prince Archie. King Charles III has reportedly offered the residence to his brother Prince Andrew.
