Infanta Cristina has taken a week to decide on the future of her marriage with Iñaki Urdangarin, after several days without having news about her, this Monday, January 24, both have made the decision to announce the interruption of their marriage relationship.
The measure comes after the dissemination of the images of her husband Iñaki Urdangarin and Ainhoa Armentia, an event that caused shock in the royal family.

The statement also adds:
“The commitment to our children remains intact. Since it is a private decision, we ask for the utmost respect from everyone around us.”
The marriage of Iñaki Urdangarin and Infanta Cristina came to an end after 24 years of ups and downs. Recall that Iñaki was sentenced to 5 years and 10 months in prison for corruption crimes and that he splashed the Infanta Cristina.
