The Royal Household has published its official agenda and the King and Queen of Spain, Felipe, 55, and Letizia, 50, will resume their official engagements next Tuesday, April 11. This date will mark the end of their discreet and familiar vacation period.
Although the Royal Household has not officially confirmed anything, there are rumors that the kings and their daughters are spending the days in Madrid enjoying a well-deserved rest and family time.
When will Princess Leonor reappear?
This Thursday, April 6, Princess Leonor returned to Spain for a short 10-day vacation, which will end next April 16.
Many followers of the Spanish royal family, especially of Leonor, are waiting to know if the Princess of Asturias will make an appearance during her stay in Spain.
As confirmed by the Royal Household, the Queen will have a special engagement on Thursday, April 13, when she travels to Cordoba to attend the proclamation ceremony of the ‘Empresa 2023 Award’, granted by the Princess of Girona Foundation, an institution of which her daughter, Princess Leonor is president.
Although the presence of the Princess of Asturias at this event is not confirmed in the agenda, it would not be surprising if she accompanies her mother to this official commitment. This would mean her reappearance since December 2022 when she attended a meeting with young volunteers of the Spanish Red Cross.
